YES!! I love Curves. I only joined less than a month ago. I feel great. It is especially easy for someone who has never exercised before, because they take you through each piece of equipment and show you how to use it.

I love it. It is so easy, though you do sweat and really feel you get a good work out. I feel great in just the few weeks I have belonged.

Not only that, but if you travel out of town, and there is a Curves where you are traveling, you can work out there! That is another great bonus as when I travel at times, I feel I screw up my work out routine!
