Subject: People want to talk instead of work out

I have been a member at 2 Curves - I switched because there are so many people who apparently go there for "social" and don't work out efficiently enough to move off the equipment. When I mentioned it to mangement several times they shrugged their shoulders and said they can't say anything. I tried different hours - very early morning thinking surely someone going in at 5:30 would be there to work out. One lady even wanted to fight me because she didn't want to move off the equipment and I had never been able to get on the one machine - we were the only 2 there. Now that I moved and the new year has started I am experiencing the same thing - the people come in 2s and 3 somes and they want to chat - they don't move off the equipment very fast, their mouths open and they slow down. Their lack of energy doesn't inspire me and I never get my heart rate up as good during these conditions. When my year expires I will find somewhere else to go because I want a similar workout but cannot deal with lack of management. Does anyone else have this problem?
