I have a couple of suggestions for you.

Curves offers a supplement called glucose management that will help curb carb cravings.

Or, use the Curves protein shake as a substitute for your craving. The shake comes in chocolate or vanilla and the taste is very good. You mix with milk and ice. The carb and calorie count is low while the protein content is about 19 grams.

Eat 1/2 apple or some other slow releasing carb.

Be sure to eat 5-6 small but frequent meals each day. You should be eating every 2-3 hours. This will help you to eliminate the cravings.

Drink 8 cups of water.

Be patient. The first few days of phase 1 can be very challenging. The cravings will ease and phase 2 allows a little more food.

If all else fails change to the other version, high carb or high protein.
