I work in Curves in Australia and I love it. If it was not for Curves, the obesity level here would be astronomical. Is is fantastic that ALL women have a safe and supportive place to go and work out, dispite their size. I am also a personal trainer and know the pros for Curves. It works and it is safe and very effective if used correctly as directed by Circuit Coaches. Our members here have a ball and they come not only to get in shape, but as a social outing. I not only work at Curves, but workout at Curves.
