Subject: Target Heart Rate?

Hello all

I have a question about what my target heart rate should be. WHen I first joined I was told to stay in the grren range(60%) and the max. should be 70%. THis is VERY hard for me to stay with in those two ranges. I have to walk very, very slowly on the recovery boards to stay with like 72%. When I went to a curves when I was out of town I asked them what my target heart rate should be. I told them about my curves saying to aim for the green. They told me that 60% isn't even really working your body. So now I am very confused...Any ideas?
