Looks like Crab is carb free (to a point I'm sure eating 20 crabs would add up;) and Lobster is pretty low. go to fitday.com and check it out further. it's a GREAT resource when trying to figure out what you can and cannot have during the phases of the Curves Diet :) I use it instead of the workbook!
