We were told that if you stopped losing dramatically like that during phase 1 or didn't lose at all during phase 1 of either plan to switch plans...so that would mean switch to calorie plan. If you were in phase 2 and you stopped losing weight, go to phase 3 and gain those magical 3 pounds then hit phase 1 again for 3 days then you should lose quite a bit more on phase 2, so they tell me in my 6-week challenge class.

I gained .5 pounds after the first full week of Phase 2, but after the second week, when I was eating a lot more, I've lost 2-3 pounds (I'll know tomorrow at class).
