Spices don't usually have carbs...like lawreys seasoning or montreal seasoning (we use this on just about everything! it's great in veggies too!). Luckily, I only have my boyfriend and he's doing the diet with me, but I would be having a hard time if he weren't.

For a change in your chicken, try spooning on a couple tablespoons of Ragu Flavored with Meat (has 7g carbs for 1/2cup so a couple tablespoons is about 3g) and some cheese (whatever ya got!) for a quick chicken parmesan. We put other toppings on it and call it a chicken pizza (pepperoni, olives etc) and it's really tasty and I think it comes out to about 7g carbs and a bit higher on the calories but you're getting a lot of food there! Oh, cook the chicken first and put on some italian seasoning if you have it.

I have my chicken parm several times a week, but again, I don't have anyone but my boyfriend and he would eat Turkey burgers everday if he could.

There are also these new flavored mayos. Yes, higher in fat, but carb free! Chipotle, Wasabi Horseradish, tomato bacon, there are several brands and several kinds within those.

Hope that gives you some ideas. It's TOUGH! and if you don't have the new book, get it. there are some tempting recipes in it!
