This is my first post and I just want to congratulate you on your first month. That is great. You should be so proud of yourself. My first workout is tonight after work. I'm so excited to start. I've been doing Weight Watchers since Jan and I've lost 19lbs. I've got about another 30 or 40 to go. I've sort of plateaued the last 3 weeks so I can't wait to start losing inches!!
So Chels....Keep up the good work. I know you'll reach your goal.
