I've been going for 7 weeks and my HR still gets in the blue/purple range but not as much as it used to. I can go half a circle to a circle and still keep it in the yellow but the 2nd and 3rd time around it starts to creep up. It also seems to go higher if there's more women working out. I tend not to be as pumped to work as hard the less women there are.
