I have no clue about the public journal thing but I think it's literally just the journal tab, so not the food or activities. But you could totally journal about what you ate and whatnot in hopes that others would do the same.

I've been using it since before I started the Curves diet and it's just the best place. And I love that you can put in custome foods. I have my curves Shake in there and even my daily vitamin.

Have fun and I seriously think that anyone who is food journaling by hand with a book, try fitday.com because it makes it that much easier.

Why am I feeling sick. I have a fever and HAVE To go to work both today and tomorrow. guess I'll be sleeping all day on sunday....UGH!
