I don't do WW myself, but I just saw the 4 month results of a fellow-member who DOES and she's lost almost 30 pounds and 25 inches and a WHOPPING 7% body fat in those 4 short months. I know that WW works for a lot of people and it works very well in conjunction with Curves.

I'm sure there's someone on here that does it, but I just wanted to share that with you.
