Coli is right, the recovery boards are for just that, recovery. I usually jog or march depending on where my heart rate is at. Some of the girls at our club bounce around on those things like they've got fire ants in their pants. I've seen everything from high impact aerobics to jumping jacks being done on the recovery stations.

I got better results when I slowed down on the recovery stations and on days when I feel energetic, I do an extra circut, making sure my heart rate is under 75 per cent. So far that has been working for me. I lost 8 pounds and a couple inches in five weeks and my next weigh-in day is next wednesday, so I guess the proof will be on the scales and measuring tape!
