Joined - 1st workout Friday

I joined last night, had a try on some of the machines and discovered I am extremely out of shape. LOL

While there I got my measurements done [Oh My] **sigh**
got my weight taken (gained more than I originally thought).

We set my goals and have my first official workout date for tomorrow morning. Wish me luck.
