That was really helpful! I had pretty much decided to just watch what I eat and go 3 times a week and see how that works before I make any drastic changes. My husband is on Atkins anyway so we have been eating relatively low-carb for the past few weeks. Can't hurt anyway!

I had my first workout tonight. I made it through the 30 minutes but my legs felt like jello when I was done! I hope I'm not too sore tomorrow. Everyone says you won't be but I am REALLY out of shape so I wouldn't be surprised!
