Most clubs eventually offer a Curves diet support class called the 6-week challenge. you meet once a week for 7 weeks (beginning to end of the 6 weeks) and basically they help you understand what the book is saying and give you support with the diet as in order to stick with a diet, a lot of ladies need support (I know I did!)

It's great and if your Curves is new, ask about it. I know there are some Curves out there that the owners don't believe in the Curves diet which is too bad. No, it's not for everyone, but it's an option and one of the best diets I've read about and the first that I've tried!
