And now for some suggestions!

I finished the class a few weeks ago and I'm still happily on phase 2. I had one of the gals in my class come in while I was working on Saturday and I told her some of my secrets. I'll share them with you too!

Seasonings:
Lawreys season salt (regular and with tabasco)
Montreal seasoning (I put this stuff on EVERYTHING!)

Mixed veggied with Broccoli, snow peas and carrots. The broccoli and snow peas are FREE now (when I started, they weren't! LOL). I put em in a skillet with a little olive oil, some of the montreal seasonsing, garlic salt and some soy sauce for a QUICK veggie stir fry with a lot of flavor.

If there's a costco near you, there are some GREAT turkey Burgers in the frozen foods. we put the lawreys on them and slap em on the George Foreman and they are done in no time. 140 cals 2g carbs.

And what we are fixing right now for dinner....

Chicken Parmesan (AKA Pizza with chicken crust!)
Chicken Breast pounded
Pizza and PAsta Magic seasoning (or italian seasoning)

Cook the chicken breasts until done. then place on a cookie sheet and top with the following:

3-4 tablespoons Ragu flavored with meat (one 1/4 cup serving has 7g carbs, so the 3-4 tbsp has about 4g)
Pepperoni (no carbs!)
Olives (I like the green kind, and again low in carbs)
Mozz Cheese (no carbs ;)
Parm cheese (no carbs)
sometimes I put bacon bits on top too (again no carbs)

Pop under broiler for 6-10 minutes until done to your liking.

super duper yummy! we have it two times a week usually. and it is SO Filling. if you prefer smaller portions, add a nice green salad for more free stuff!

I'm sure I have more but my chicken is ready to top...enjoy!
