Tks - nice to know I'm not alone. I went tonight (my 4th week) and I managed to keep my heart rate at least on the chart, in the blue zone. It's an improvement! I'm not on any medications - and my doctor says I'm EXTREMELY HEALTHY - just overweight - so lose it before something bad does happen!! Anyway, after tonight I am encouraged and will continue to go faithfully 3 times a week. Next week I want to start the diet portion of it ..... hope I can do it! I love to eat so it will be a challenge for me.
