I went back today and the first 5 minutes were tough (from stiffness) but after that I was fine!

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but it doesn't seem like my stomach is getting much of a workout! (I'm going to have great legs & arms though...) I guess I'll ask the trainier on Friday what to do about my belly - this is where I gain most of my weight, so I want to work that part more. Any suggestions, anyone?
