Good Luck getting back!! I totally agree with you, the only thing I have found that works extremely well for me is Curves. We bought a Bowflex and I still managed to gain weight and inches back - even on the same workout schedule as I did at Curves-I couldn' even get a good sweat going! My husband loves the Bowflex, which is great cuz it cost a pretty penny, but he is not paying a gym fee anymore, which was much more than my Curves payment!
