Subject: I don;t think I can so phase one

I just do not think I can do phase one.

I have been doing it for 3 days...and yes, I have 3 pounds...but i am so weak that I cannot do anything. ALL I want to do is sleep.

I am eating very healthy and drinking lots of water. Not hungry at all, just NO enerygy...of course I figured out that I usually have about 200 or more carbs a day...bagel, lots of freanch vanilla coffee and 2 cokes...not to mention if I have any carbs in my meals!

I have gone as high as 33 carbs, but that doesn't really seem to help either.

Would it be okay to start with phase 2 where I can go to 60 carbs? I think that would help alot.
