Hi Karen....

A little more time has gone by-how are you do with your CURVES routine?

I have been pretty faithful, going 3 times per week and eating within reasonable limits. The russssssh loss, of the first month has slowed down, but I expected that. I feel terrific about my energy level, it is such a huge plus.
