If you've never done WW before, my advice is to WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING. The thing I learned most from WW, is I had no idea how much I was really eating throughout the day, until I started writing down every little thing. Also, WATER!! That's important with any food plan though. I'd also urge you to stay for the meetings, even on days where you may have a gain, and you just want to get in your car and go home. Try to figure out want foods really satisfy you and which foods you eat just make you hungrier. Like, if you have a bowl of cereal for breakfast, are you already hungry by 10 or 11 am? That kind of thing . . . GOOD LUCK!!
