Hello! Congrats on taking steps to get in shape and loose weight. I am a newbie to curves too!
If the workout still seems so easy count how many reps you are doing, next time try to do twice as many. You won't beleive how much harder it gets when you go faster! Also most of the work is done at the end of the motions so if you are not fully extending and contracting on each of the machines you are cheating yourself out of the most effieicent part of the work out. When i say "fully" i mean as far as you can go while ALWAYS keeping joints soft (with a slight bend) and NEVER lock them. Injury is much more likely when joints are stressed. (except on the ab one you keep straight arms but then its supposed to be working the abs not arms) another exception is the dip shrug which is a small motion that focuses on a specific area but if you speed up on that one it gets really hard really fast!

LMK if you decide to try any of these ideas and how they work

Best Regards

Cyn
