Subject: Curves book reviews

I just checked out the Curves book on amazon.com and the reviews were not really all that great. Not sure how helpful the book really would be. Any comments? I am going to the center and planning to follow WW but have not started yet with points, just getting used to exercise is a big step for me. Would the book be helpful?
