Why not head to the local bookstore and curl up with it for a few minutes before buying it? that's might be the only way you will find out if it's for you. you might enjoy the recipes and the home workout. The information is great and the diet might be something you don't even bother with since you'll be doing WW.

I personally liked the review that gave it one star and said the diet caused them great pain and the book should be banned. No supporting information or anything. At least the other single start review had some support! but yes, it's not like a fiction book where you can get a plotline and "it's an easy read" or whatever from a review. There are just so many diets and diet books out there, it's really hard to pick one from what others say. you almost just have to read portions or even entire books before finding what you like.

I'm on the diet, so the book is REALLY helpful to me, but I probably won't ever do the home workout and most of the recipes are not to my picky tastes, so you can see I only really use it for portions of it. Amazon's price has come down to almost what the club stores have it at, so it's a LOT cheaper than buying it at a Barnes and Noble or something, so that's more info. wait a few months, you might be able to find it used and it would be just as good for you. you NEVER know :)

Ok, that probably didn't help you make up your mind ;) Have a GREAT workout!
