Fruits are somewhat high in carbs and that's probably why they aren't filling you up for very long. try eating some protein as a snack. some pepperoni slices, beef jerky(higher in carbs that you think, but not nearly as high as most fruits) or some nuts or cheese. the protein will give you a MUCH longer lasting full and will help you burn fat rather than just the carbs you just ate.
