Questions for owners of Curves

Hi my name is Adrienne and my husband and I are planning on opening a Curves for women franchise. I really think it will do well in this town although the population is only 4800. Before I get myself much further into this I would like to have owners of Curves (that have a population fewer than 5000) anwser a few questions for me. I would greatly appreciate any information that could possiably help me out and thank you for your support!
1. How many Curves do you own?
2. Have you had prior buisness experience?
3. How long have you been open?
4. If you have been open longer than a year did you notice a large drop
out rate after a year? If so, how did you handle it?
5. On average how many active members do you have?
6.Did you hire employees for your Grand Opening?
7. Do you manage your own facility or did you hire someone?
8. Has your Curves profited in the 1st year?
9. Overall are you glad with the decesion you made to open up a Curves?
