I'm fast approaching the end of my first year, and I'm still not sick of the workout and my body is still responding positively to it. I'm up to 29.25 inches and 19 pounds and I think the workout, in conjunction with the diet will help me get closer to my weight goal and the inches will come along for the ride :)

I plan on being a member for at least two years and while I might seek further equipment, I'm not sure a regular gym would do me any good. A workout only works for me if you have structure and so going to a big nameless gym where I'm left to fend for myself, I don't think I would go anywhere close to as faithfully as I go to Curves.

Your body will get used to the exact same order but even that takes several months. and there are certainly ways to keep your body from doing that. we get our machines switched around every other week and we switch direction every week, so we only spend a week on any order of machines. I think also, when a club is growing and getting new machines as you continue to workout, it benefits the ladies working out because it adds a new dimension to their workout. I just wish they would come up with a few more machines. I'm hearing more and more about clubs that have more than one of certain machines within the same circuit...I'd LOVE to do the inner/outter thigh machine 10 times during the workout, but I'd love to find a different kind of machine that worked the same area. And I know there are different machines that could be added...they just aren't Curves machines....

but I'm still loving every minute of it....after more than 8 months....
