I'm new here - I'm a manager at a Curves in Indianapolis, IN. We've been open for just 4 months now.
Our club doesn't switch all the machines around every week, but we'll switch a couple every 3 weeks or so. Our members tend to get all out of whack when we switch ALL of them! It took us probably two months to start rotating them, and we just started "Weird Wednesdays" where you go the opposite direction around the circuit. It is true that your muscles can get used to a certain repetitive motion, but it takes a REALLY LONG TIME and you have to do the motion A LOT. I don't think that 3 times a week at Curves will do too much damage = ) Anyways, feel free to ask any questions you guys have - I mainly requested a password to help out with your questions!
