***Today was my third workout. I love it, and I feel great about myself. Thank you so much. I wouldn't have done it with out finding this message board. Ya'll are so awesome and have offered a lot of information and pushing that I needed and still need. I am on my way to losing the 75 pounds I gained since starting school. Thank You!!! And please keep pushing me! Good Luck in all your goals, LADIES we're AWESOME!
