Don't be mad at yourself for missing a few workouts because you were sick. You could not control the fact that you got sick. My advise would be to take it easy on Easter and then see how you feel on Monday. If you decide you are up to working out on Monday, try taking it easy on the machines and extra easy on the boards. You will still get the strength training portion but not as much cardio. Then on Wednesday maybe try a little more intensity and then more on Friday (if you are up to it) and by next Monday hopefully you will be back to your regular workout. Remember we did not get ourselves out of shape in only one week. As long as you get back to it once you regain your strength from you illness you will do wonderful. Get well and drink lots of water.
