Subject: Confused about 3x

OK, I need some advice. Everyone is mostly saying that 3x is all you need. My problem is that when my 30 minutes are up, i'm so reved up that I don't want to stop. I walk to Curves and then walk back home which is an extra half hour round trip. I also do 30-45 minutes of stretching at night. I just joined last Wednesday and I've gone the whole week as I plan to go everyday. Is that ok or should I only stick to the 3 days? If anyone has some advice...please help. I've NEVER in my life worked out regularly and honestly, I don't know if what I'm doing is just right or too much or not enough. Any advice is more than welcome. Thanks ladies.
