Justine is exactly right in her advise. The only thing I would like to add that maybe you did not think about is that since you say you have never worked out regularly in your life and now you are doing it everyday you may burn out once the "novelty" wears off. I only bring this point up because I have done it myself. I will start a program in "full speed ahead mode" and then burn out. It is usually better to start slow and build up. I think it is awsome that you are so motivated! I have thought about riding my bike to and from curves for some extra exercise. I go to curves M.W.F and sometimes on Saturdays and then try to walk on my treadmill on days I do not go to curves so as to give my muscles the recovery time needed after strength training. Exercise releases wonderful endorphins that make you feel energized which is probably what you are experiencing. Keep up the good work!
