How much jumping around are you doing on the recovery boards? I had a similar situation and found that by jogging in place less on the recovery boards, it helped alieviate the pain in my knee. I did more arm movements for 2 weeks and then slowly started back with my vigerous jumping and I feel fine now. I'm doing the same as you, just firming up.
