Hey, it was no problem. I think that all the money she's spent has definitely made the place look nice. Whenever our members travel to other clubs they always tell us that ours feels welcoming and homey. The real thing is that our Curves is located near some VERY large houses, and consequently some very wealthy ladies that expect nice things. (Of course not all our ladies are that way, but quite a few are.) It probably has helped business for that reason. I think that if you're a smart shopper (look around and buy a $50 coat rack instead of the $250 one you saw the first time you went shopping), are willing to search and use the resources available to you, you could have the same effect at half the cost. Elbow grease is the best cost cutter. We do live in a large area, but I would have no way of knowing if members have chosen ours over another facility unless they told me. It's a good question though! (I'm sure our owner would like to know the answer to that one)
