Subject: First month weigh in

I got weighed and measured today and I still weigh the same but I lost 11 inches. BUT I don't believe that's accurate. The lady who did it was pulling the tape TIGHT, tighter than the lady who did the first weigh/measure in. I did my own measurements afterwards and it was more like 4.25 inches which I rounded up to 5 inches b/c of the extra swelling from the workout. I'm happy with that. I don't see it but I'm happy with it lol. I celebrated with a pepsi ;)

My abdomen is my trouble spot and I haven't seen much change there. I finally figured out how to work the oblique machine so that my abs are doing the work but it's harder for me to go right than it is left. I'm not sure if it's me or the machine is of balance or what but I'm gonna have to do some ab exercises on my own.
