We don't prohibit members from coming more than 3x a week, but we try to keep them educated regarding the reasons behind our recommendations. You do need a day of rest in between strength training sessions to let your muscles recover and build back up. Ask your club why they prohibit coming more than 3x a week. Maybe they are overcrowded? If they can't give you a good reason (I doubt there could be many good reasons) tell them to call me! Honestly, unless they physically stand between you and the circuit (harassment??), they can't keep you from working out.
