Subject: Started today...

Well I just came back from my first workout and feel pretty good. I joined yesterday on the same day the facility opened so everyone is pretty new and the owner very excited.

I've been in the dieting trap for over a decade and am ashamed to admit I've dieted my way up the scale well past 200 lbs. How did that happen?? So, no more diets. Time to move this body, eat sensibly, be fit again.

Part of me is scared as I have failed so many times at this and you feel like you're putting your heart and soul on the line each time. Praying this will be the key and that I'll stay with this.
