WOOHOO! you've made the first step to a new you! Glad you liked your first workout and sounds like you did the same as me....joined as soon as the club opened. the opening of my club was almost 9 months ago and I have NOT looked back or regretted anything other than not starting earlier ;)

With Curves, it's one big support group...you get support from the staff (at most locations, I know there are exceptions to the rule) and from the other members. I know I love encouraging others and razzing ladies I don't see for a while. I think knowing that someone else notices you working out is a big plus for some people. Keeps you accountable. I will hit 150 workouts on saturday and I'm still TOTALLY in love with and excited about the program...and I hope you feel the same way in 9 months!
