Laura- it sounds like we jumped out of the same boat. I too have done the dieting yo-yo trick for the last 10 years and tried numerous workouts (joining a gym, joining a woman's gym, promising to go walking daily, etc). I am hoping that Curves does the trick for me too. It seems like it is a very supportive place and I think that the support at Curves in conjunction with the support on this board will help to make us successful. I know that having support makes a big difference too - I think that is 1 of the things that attracted me to Curves.

Well, my 1st workout is tomorrow and I wish you much success! (My Curves just opened 7 weeks ago so it is new too...and I reached the 200 lb mark too)
