Subject: I'm so happy

Hello everyone I just had my first weigh in and measurements taken after one month of going to curves and I lost 11 lbs of body fat and gained 3 1/2 in of lean muscle and lost a total of 6 3/4 inches! I was so happy I couldnt believe it! I have a large weight loss goal (80-100lbs) but I think I'm off to a good start. Thank you for all your encouragemnt and advice. All you ladies are wonderful:) Have a great day and remember Curves really works!
