I'm with Coli. She always has the best answers...lol. Curves really in great and its worth a try, you have nothing to lose but inches. I myself have been going almost three months. Ive lost 11 inches and 5 pounds. I do not diet even tho at some point I probably will, but I dont have much to lose and the inches are dropping as is my clothes size. I personally didnt want to tackle everything at once so Ive focused on the consistant exercise and try to watch portion and junk intake. Since Ive been doing great with my exercise, Ill try to concentrate on the eating next month I think.

Its little baby steps in the direction you want to go. If you try to change everything at once, in my opinion, we almost set ourself up to fail. We didnt gain the weight over night and we wont get it off over night either, but every little bit is a step in the right direction. I saw and felt results in less than a month and my first month weigh in was a pleasant surprise. If you stick with it, it works.

I say go for it. It was the best decision Ive made other than marrying my husband!!!! Good luck.
