Subject: Reps

This may be kind of a silly question, but Im wondering. Does anyone count reps on the machines? Ive heard of ladies doing this to try to beat the number each time around, but Ive also heard we dont have to count, just work hard and stay in our heart zone. I just cant seem to grasp the staying in the 70% range cause when I do, I really dont feel like Im working. Just call me confused. I guess Ill find out on my next measure, since my April goal was to stay in the 70% no matter what and I have been. It just feels like Im in slow motion...lol. Any input would be great.

Just a side note here...I went to the GYN today for my yearly, thats always so pleasant isnt it???lol. Anyway, it was the FIRST time in years that I WILLINGLY got on the stupid scale without worrying what the numbers would be. I was surprised cause they went down two pounds which made my day!!!! I cant think of one negative thing to say about Curves even if I wanted to. Its been a true life changer for me. I want to make my workouts the best, hence all my questions...

Thanks for the answers, the support and the friendship.
