They measure you in 7 areas:

upper arms
chest
waist (where you bend)
abs
hips
thighs
calves

So it's VERY possible that you will lose quite a bit in certain areas in the first month. for instance, in my first month (I started at 255 and I'm down to 235 now after almost 9 months) I went down a full size around in my bra. Cup size hasn't gone down yet tho...which is a bummer...anyone want a donation??? hee hee. but overall, I've lost almost 30 inches and went from a size 22-24 to a 18ish (some 20s still) which is great! as for face...OH YEAH! wish I could post pictures...just my old driver's license v. my new one...it's simply amazing! that's why when I measure my boyfriend (he's doing the diet with me and he works out too) I measure his neck. it WILL decrease but I want to see just how much!

You said you had about 60# to lose, you should see some positive changes with regards to inches in the first month. be warned tho, a lot of ladies gain pounds in the first month or two because of the whole fat burning but muscle building thing. And believe me, if I never lost another pound but the inches kept coming off, I would be almost as happy because the body fat % is really the most important part of the equation. They measure that and your weight too and you should get all of that done when you go in for your appointment.
