One thing you can try is when you are sitting down make sure that you have your chin between your fists and hold those abs tight when making your movement. 11 and 1 is much easier than 10 and 2. Also if your abs are out of shape they may need to be forced to do the job that is why you need to hold them as tight as you can. At out club alot of women just don't seem to understand that you need to hold the ab muscles tight on all the ab machines.
