Your weight loss will depend on your eating habits and your amount of exercise. If you are going to Curves 3 times a week and still not losing you should check out what you are eating.I have noticed that ladies at my club are using the Curves diet and exercise program and seeing awesome results. One lady did the low carb part of phase one for two weeks and then changed over to the 1200 calorie for two weeks then she moved on to phase two and she has gone down 4 dress sizes in approximatly 3 months.
