Hi Laura,

You stated a very important point about the Curves program and I think it deserves to be said again, "the program works as well as we work it". So, your investment, time, energy, commitment, patience, etc. will largely determine how successful and how much change takes place. It's exciting when you know that you have the control and power to help shape your future.

Curves is a great program and it does really work if you work it!
