Lauren:

Good question.

The circuit is set up in a circle. Between every machine is a pad.

When you arrive at Curves and check in, you just begin anywhere on an open machine or pad.

There are no treadmills. Just three times around the circuit and stretch out. It is so easy and it works. Many women in addition to Curves do an aerobic exercise outside of Curves. Some do water aerobics, walking, treadmill at home or a gym ect.

Call Curves and ask for a demonstration. At one time they were giving one week free to try it out.

Good luck and let us know what you decide.
