Thanks for your added messages. It made what I was trying to say more clear.

Our Curves actually has two circuits one with 9 machines and the other has 11 machines. In between the two circuits is anither machine (I can't remember the name.) Of course the shorter circuit takes less time. I go around three times on either circuit so as I use each machine three times. I do not watch the clock to stop at 30 minutes.

Then I stretch out.

I love curves.
